Just days before the fourth anniversary of the passing of former Suttonians RFC President Tom Magner on 10th June, members of Suttonians RFC and Malahide Golf Club came together to honour his memory through the annual Tom Magner Memorial Trophy.
Held on Thursday, 4th June, the event celebrates the lasting connection Tom shared with both Suttonians RFC and Malahide Golf Club, two communities that were a significant part of his life. More than a sporting contest, the annual outing provides an opportunity for friends, family, and club members to come together, share memories, and celebrate Tom's enduring legacy.
This year's event once again showcased the strong friendship between Suttonians RFC and Malahide Golf Club, with participants enjoying a competitive and enjoyable day of golf played in the spirit that Tom embodied throughout his life.
Suttonians RFC were delighted to emerge victorious and claim the Tom Magner Memorial Trophy.
