Dear Parents,

We’d like to update you on some important developments regarding our Mini & Youth playing kit and the Club Shop.

We are transitioning to a new kit supplier for the coming season. Right now we have Oscar Reilly, Zion sport/Macron, looking after the senior end of the club & for MY, Kukri Sports have been asked to supply some kit for this season.

To ensure a smooth rollout, kit orders will be staggered:

• Youth teams will be prioritised first, as competition regulations require stricter compliance on kit.

• Mini teams will follow shortly after.

We appreciate your patience during this transition.

Our recent Kit Swop Shop was a great success; many families benefitted from exchanging good-condition kit. We will run the next one on Sunday 2nd of November 10-11:30am to help parents manage costs and keep kit in circulation, so keep donating your clean reusable kit.

Work is ongoing to strengthen our shop setup, making it easier to order and access both playing and leisure wear. We’ll share updates as new options become available.

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with the running of our club shop! Whether you can give an hour on match days, help with stock management, or assist with online orders, your support makes a huge difference to our members and players. It’s a great way to get involved, meet people, and contribute to the running of the club.

As part of this transition, we are also looking for kit and club sponsors. Sponsorship is a vital part of keeping rugby affordable for all our players and building our community. If you or your business would like to explore opportunities, please get in touch.
